How About a Little Retreat Swap?

Hey everyone! I was thinking as a little get to know you, we might want to come to retreat prepared with a gift to swap with one of our fellow quilters! I know we all have different time and skills, so here is what I'm thinking:
Anyone interested in swapping, fill out this google form by Sunday, January 25th.
I'll draw names and assign them to other swapees.
Come to the retreat with a thoughtful handmade gift.
Friday night we'll exchange and get to know each other a little better!
FOOD
We’re up to 17 registered attendees — yay!
In past years some people cooked a full meal, but 17 people is a lot to cook for. So for Thursday and Friday nights, we’ll do a taco/salad bar and a potato bar instead. I’ve set up a sign-up sheet for anyone who’d like to bring something. This way I think there will be something for everyone.
We have lots of out-of-towners, but there are stores nearby and plenty of easy grab-and-go options on the way to the lodge. I’ve also listed breakfast and lunch items on the sheet.
If no one signs up for something, we’ll assume no one wants it!
In previous years we’ve had way too much food (plus everyone brings snacks to share), so I didn’t plan anything for Saturday night. That gives us flexibility to use leftovers, order in, eat out, or just see what sounds good at the time. Participation is totally optional. As one attendee wisely said, “My goal is to not leave the lodge!” — and this plan makes that very achievable.
I’m vegan, so I’ve signed up for plant-based versions of most meat and dairy items. If you have a food allergy, restriction, or just something you want, feel free to add it to the list or let me know and I’ll make sure there’s something available for you.
Looking forward to eating well and quilting hard!
