Hey Quilting Friends!

Hope you're all doing fantastic! You might have noticed some buzz on Groupme about our upcoming meeting on July 9th, and some chatter about August 15th too. I totally should have seen that summer would be a tricky time for everyone to gather for our mini quilt swap!

So here's the scoop: one of our lovely quilters has already given me her gift to deliver this month while she's off on her summer adventures, but another gal wants to be part of the fun and is waiting until August. So, I say, let’s just let everyone bring or send their swaps as they choose. We’ll all get our gifts eventually, and while I know it’s a bummer not to do it all together, consecutively, at once, in a single meeting.....(hopefully the Schitt's Creek reference is clear here) but we'll still be swapping and seeing if our secret partner loves our attempt at giving them what they like.

This month, we’ll be gathering at the Riverton Library (12877 S 1830 W, Riverton) at 6 PM on July 9th. As a reminder, you'll need to bring your machines and quilting tools- the library has tables and chairs. I’ve got a short presentation lined up on the Log Cabin block, plus a little giveaway for those who couldn’t make it to our June get-together.
